Expand Hero and Hero Inset Capabilities

I'd like to throw in a request for the hero area to be expanded to include:

  1. Timed hero display (Example: Show this image July 1 - September 1 each year)
  2. Shared insets (Example: Show the same inset on multiple hero images without creating the same inset over and over)
  3. Timed inset display (Example: My inset is advertising an event happening on March 12, turn off the inset on March 13)
  4. And of course... auto rotating :)
