IT Admin would like more details when searching Wisc Account Admin site for users that are not active for Office 365

When searching for a user that is not active for Office 365 (eligible but not yet active OR was active but has gone through deactivation OR never eligible but has a valid NetID, etc.), HD/PCS Doc & Support/etc. see the following error:

• There was an unhandled application problem: An unexpected back-end error was generated. (Error Number: 1001)

They are requesting that something other than an error page be displayed.
